Domestic Shipping:
We offer shipping within Canada.
The standard shipping fee for domestic orders is $9.99 CAD.
Free shipping is available for domestic orders & US orders when the total purchase amount exceeds $50 CAD.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5-12 business days.
Customers can opt for expedited shipping at an additional cost based on the total weight of the package. The expedited shipping options and fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to customers worldwide.
International shipping fee is $14.99 CAD.
Free shipping is not available for international orders.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the destination. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for international deliveries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be imposed by their country’s customs department.
Local Pick Up:
Local pick up is available for customers in the Greater Toronto Area. Our pickup location is in Scarborough, Ontario. Select the option for local pickup during checkout. Orders for local pick up will be available within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email with detailed instructions for pickup.
Please note that our in-store pickup hours are scheduled from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Order Tracking:
We provide tracking information for all orders.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Customers can use the provided tracking number to check the status and location of their package.
